The Memorial and Information Point for the victims of the National Socialist »euthanasia« killings at Tiergartenstrasse 4 in Berlin has been in existence since 2014.
This is where – between 1940 and 1945 – administrators and doctors organised the mass murder of people with intellectual disabilities and mental illness. The annihilation of more than 70,000 patients in institutions was later named »Aktion T4« after this address.

On the pages that follow, you will find detailed information about the National Socialist »euthanasia« killings and their victims.
The Memorial and Information Point is run by the Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and can be accessed both day and night.

For more information, go to the Stiftung Denkmal .

A travelling exhibition with the contents of the Memorial and Information Point can be lent out via the Stiftung Topographie des Terrors.
This touring exhibition offers low-barrier access to wheelchair users.
